The manager she is very nice when I talked to her I was going to move there then ended up moving out of state for a while I i am back in nc im planning to go see her again about a rental .
I am On-site Property Manager and Leasing Agent. We have a 52 unit apartment community in Sawmills, NC. It's clean, friendly and quiet. Idlewood Drive Apartments is primarily an adult community. 1/31 Tenants received notification yesterday of the new rental rate increase beginning. 1 April, 2022 Two bedrooms units will be $600 per month with a $600 security deposit. One bedroom units will be $500 per month with a $500 security deposit.
