My biggest problem has been with this maintenance man. He fixes NOTHING! Walks into my apartment before I can get any clothes on. I'm not even fully dressed and I didn't even request him in the first place. He came in my apartment glued something to the wall and left. He constantly wakes you up out of your sleep. He's rude and he acts like he owns the place. Then he sits in his car all day doing NOTHING watching your door. He even came in one day and didn't fix anything. I have a camera that watches him. Don't trust him in your apartment. He never fixed the leak under my sink. He never fixed the electrical in my kitchen. My power kept going out. He never closed the rat hole under my refrigerator. Told me he doesn't deal with rats or mice. The apartments have rats really bad and roaches. A
I absolutely love my apartment. They're very spacious. It's a nice and quiet area. And my rent is very affordable. I'm very pleased
This is me and my boyfriend's first apartment together and the 2 bedroom is perfect for us.
