This is a roach sanctuary, not an apartment complex. How on earth do they pass inspection? To be honest, that apartment belonged to the roaches, I just paid the rent. They tried to charge me $220 for two sets of blinds that cost only $10 , I can't remember the rest of what they charged me for these things, but they were beyond ridiculous and I had cigarette burns on the toilet that were there when I moved in, I don't even smoke! They claim I did that, I'm telling you take pictures when you move in keep !! them for when you move out, I promise you they will screw you to death with a tree! I enjoyed having them as my landlord, they were always really respectful to me and my pup. anytime i placed a work order depending on the time it would either get done that day or the next.

Been with Ideal for a little over a year. Every experience has been pleasant. Moved here from California and the process was super smooth. Maintenance request have been prompt, rent is very reasonable, employees are super sweet. I plan on being with them until I can purchase a house.

Online I seen various apartments in my price range with the company so I decided to apply.
