I refinanced with them and was able to get my mortgage down an entire point. That was good and smooth. A big reason I financed with them was their promotion to drop my mortgage another point after a year if you didnt miss any payments and had great credit. I have never missed a payment and have excellent credit. No extra point reduction. That extra point reduction is a scam. Since I refinanced, my loan has been sold off to 3 different companies in 3 years. Just a mess now. I dont recommend iconic at all.

Stay away from iconic mortgage and definitely watch out for Dennis Coates first interaction was great he told me a great deal low rate with a 1percent reduction in 36 months sounds great so i agreed for a soft pull and to get more information, and we set up a scheduled phone call, when it was time for our appointment he never called I tried calling him left a message but no answer or call back, next day i got a notification that a hard inquiry was made on my credit called him again no reply I had to call his office multiple times just to get a hold of him, when i finally did he promised a very good deal with a 4.25% fixed with 1% reduction on my FHA loan, but when it was time to lock in the rates the doc he sent me to sign was incomplete didn’t show the page with the rates and when he fina
