I had a very disappointing experience with Crystal Latimore. After initially communicating with her about one of her listings, she completely stopped responding to my messages. I had to go out of my way to contact her broker (Micheal) just to get a response, which is extremely unprofessional. Instead of being prepared to provide details about her own listing, she seemed far more concerned about questioning my financing than actually answering basic questions about the property. A knowledgeable and competent realtor should be able to discuss their listing confidently and provide timely follow-up — neither of which happened here. Communication, professionalism, and market knowledge are fundamental in real estate, and unfortunately, this experience lacked all three. I would strongly caution

We had so many friends that are brokers that my husband wanted to list it FSBO for 60 days and offer all our friends a commission if they brought a buyer - we had it under contract in 30 days, but that initial deal fell through. We ended up interviewing three brokers who did bring potential buyers to our house and was blessed to find Melissa and Michael, who really impressed us with their creativity and excitement. We trusted them to how they wanted to market the home, and they had a full Price contract on our house the very first day they had an open house. Melissa and the entire icon team made the entire process seamless and easy, and we are forever grateful that they came into our lives.

After meeting 3 local realtors (by referral) that made me feel very uneasy, my husband and I met Madison at an open house. She was very easy to talk to and work with. She listed to what we wanted and needed within our budget. She worked very hard to find us the best home. While we did have a few hiccups due to the sellers, Madison worked them out and got us closed in a timely manner. Madison has also been amazing after closing, helping with referrals and just checking in. We will always refer her and the team at Blue Realty and we will go to her for all of our future real estate needs!
