Icon Norfolk Apartments

I generally love the building, its amenities and location. It’s the quirky one-offs that strike me as odd. The dryer that wasn’t cleaned of lint before I moved into the apartment. The lights above the stove that needed to be replaced the first week. Now, you are asking for feedback as I sit in an apartment without heat. I know this can be better.

This community is absolutely stunning and so welcoming! The views are amazing! A big shout-out to the maintenance team for being on top of it! Audrey, Cat, Nadia, and Theresa in the office are amazing; they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and everything runs smoothly. You can really tell they care about the community and the people who live here. Highly recommend!

I have been living at ICON Apartments for about 5 months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This place truly feels like home. The apartment itself is modern and stylish, with all the amenities I could ask for. The kitchen is bomb! The amenities at ICON Apartments are top-notch. The fitness center is well-maintained and includes a wide-variety of equípment which is why I cancelled my outside gym membership. The location of ICON Apartments is also fantastic. The proximity to downtown Norfolk is a huge plus for me. I love being in walking to all the dining options and entertainment on a Saturday. You will thank yourself for choosing to stay here anytime there is a festival of some sort because its right outside. Overall, I highly recommend ICON Apartments to anyone looking fo

Our apartment itself is nice but some of the other residents here just leave the common areas trashed. The dog area is constantly full of poop that people haven’t picked up and if people’s dogs pee inside it’s often not cleaned up by them. Maintenance is great and works to keep the areas clean but there are no repercussions for residents who aren’t cleaning up after themselves and their pets. Most amenities are outdated or broken and elevators are constantly breaking.

I was guest for 5 nights truly loved the luxury living lifestyle that I could never have in my real life. Heading home to southwest Va. I did enjoy all that was offered while staying. I would love to come back. Seems like this place has a lot going for itself and potential for more in future. Walking distance to many places. The only issue I have is elevator, close to the room I was staying you can hear all the noises and only one is operational.
