Ice House Apartments

If I could give this building and this company zero stars I would. There was loud construction going on outside of icehouse for an entire year which matchbox was conducting and they did NOTHING about the noise even when many tenants complained. My 4th floor apartment flooded 2 times and ruined many of my items. I fought tooth and nail for them to give compensation and they barely did. If you ever need emergency maintenance they will not respond. They barely have a maintenance team anyways. In the event of an emergency such as a lock out, you are better off calling 911 or a locksmith. They also will not give you all your money back on security deposits and will waste months of your time. That actual units are not even worth the price or the hassle of their management. A friendly and very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are great and make sure you have whatever you need. We went for the first time to hear 2 great musicians last night. Bryan Elyjah Smith and SZLACHETKA.They were even better than I expected. A perfect place to enjoy good craft beer and superb music.

It's a building. With a brewery. That charges *hold yourself* $6.25 for a beer. And you guessed it.. not worth $6.25. maybe $4. Insane. The restaurant next door is ok. Has a bar tho. Not cheap either. Patrons are also pretentious which is just insufferable.

Ate @ Rocktown kitchen. They're burrata is phenomenal. Small menu wish it was larger. But we enjoy the atmosphere.

Since Ice House took down my review. I will post it again. Ice House South apartments started off very good. New people into the office made things go downhill quick. Never got any help with maintenance issues, and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIMES. RENT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE
