It’s been almost a year since I first walked into i5, and my experience this past year has been nothing short of amazing. It truly feels like a dream place—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with incredible amenities that make every day special. The building itself is huge and offers everything I could ever want or wish for in my new home. But what truly makes it feel like home is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. Big shoutout to the leasing office—great people! Living here has honestly felt like having my dream home in Miami. I couldn’t be happier with my time at i5 Wynwood, and I’m grateful for the wonderful people and the exceptional living experience they create. Highly recommended!

I toured i5 Wynwood with Ernesto, and honestly, he made the whole experience super easy. He showed us around the building, answered every question we threw at him, and didn’t rush us at all. Very chill, very professional. The place itself is really solid. The commons area has comfy seating, a microwave, an outdoor patio, and even a small movie room. The rooftop was the part that stood out the most, there’s a gym, work/office spaces, quiet phone booths, a pool, an ice plunge, gazebos, and a grill area. Everything looked clean and well taken care of. The unit he showed us was a 3 bed / 3 bath, with a shared kitchen and living space. It's been 6 month seens I moved, and my experience has been short of positive. The miss or lack of follow up or communication when you have an issue its terrible. Expect your rent to change every month no consistency. There is no dedicated team if you have a question. At time of signing the lease, yes there are the nicest, but later that changes they are not there for you to help. Yes most amenities are good but are not well kept. Its a bit hard to say the least that roommates don't respect quiet hour and the office could also careless even if you tell them nothing gets done. You pay for internet, but its slow and sometimes it doesn't work properly. You also pay for clean the apartment, and all they do its clean the floor. Everything its done bare minimum but rents its due in full no matte

I recently toured i5 Wynwood, and I was really impressed! The property itself is beautiful—modern design, great amenities, and an overall cool, vibrant energy that fits perfectly with the Wynwood neighborhood. What really made the experience stand out was my tour with Bramela. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. She took the time to answer all my questions, highlight thoughtful details about the building, and really helped me picture what it would be like to live there. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit. I left the tour even more excited about the idea of moving here. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Bramela if you’re checking out i5!

Was impressed with this complex. The apartment itself was impressive, with plenty of natural light and modern fixtures. Ernie's tour of the apartment complex was top-notch! he’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, making the experience enjoyable. The apartment and amenities were impressive. Looking forward to it.
