One star strictly because they do provide rental units. I360 has been a headache since the start, and they didn't do anything to attempt to improve. During my tenancy, multiple maintenance issues were submitted, and were often ignored, or diminished by their maintenance man. When I submitted maintenance requests, I put down strict hour guidelines due to the nature of my work, and they ignored these, often showing up without warning. The unit was never clean in shared spaces, and the other tenants broke the laundry machine constantly. No efforts were made from the landlords to improve this issue long term. Contact attempts with the company were often fruitless, and they only operate from 8-4. The agents would direct you to the appropriate person's voice mail, and you would never hear back

Warning to prospective renters: Be cautious before applying with i360. This company requires applicants to complete an application, pay an application fee, and be approved before being allowed to view the interior of a unit. Renting sight unseen is unrealistic for most people, yet this appears to be their standard business practice. Adding to the frustration, there is no guarantee the unit will still be available by the time your application is approved—it may already be rented to someone else. Not only that, submitting an application triggers a hard inquiry on your credit report, which can lower your credit score by a few points and potentially affect future rental or housing applications—especially when you haven’t even been allowed to see the unit. My first interaction with Beverly was when I submitted to paint my front door. My front door is a light blue, different from everyone else’s door. I provided samples for a dark blue to match my neighbor’s. I was told my front door needed to remain red like my shutters. My door was not red already and I do not have shutters. I was still denied and told my front door needed to match the others. Second, I received a violation email starting I was violating by having my trash cans in front of the house for too long. The row of homes I live in our trash cans get placed in the back of the homes and my cans were never in front to violate anything. They should probably make sure about things before they make themselves look worse. They are so worried about minor things and stating that it influenc

i360 has been absolutely amazing when it comes to their sense of urgency and their professionalism. We have had a few issues with our rental and one of them being urgent and they came out the next day and was in and out in 30 minutes, they actually addressed and fixed the issue and didn’t do a temporary fix! Everytime I call them they are extremely nice and professional! Highly recommend!

If you can stay far away from i360, worst company by far ive ever rented from. Will raise rent without notification, hardly ever get anything fixed that is broken. And if they do it'll be months till they get it fixed. Luckily the homeowner himself i would get in touch with to get stuff fixed because this company is just junk. If you can stay far away, they're money hungry and rip offs.
