I would not rent from this company for more reasons than one. Not only are they unprofessional and dishonest, they do not repair things up to par or if at all. They also kept the majority of my security deposit to pay for things that are considered normal wear and tear according to the useful life rule. This company and those who work for it are the epitome of a slum lord. If you want to rent from someone who cares about their tenants, keeping searching because this is not the place.

Karen was the main person we worked with while renting from this company and I can't say enough great things about our experience with her. She made the renting process easy and was quick to fix things that were not working properly at the beginning! She was very attentive to our needs and questions during our 1.5 years of renting with them. Unfortunately the rental house we were in flooded pretty bad during hurricane Irma and we had to find a new place. She was great with communication of making sure we were safe during the long process of evacuating. And then Karen went out of her way to offer other properties from another company to make sure we had a safe home to move into due to their inventory of homes not available in our price range/area request. Scam Alert! They'll take your money for a credit check that they never actually perform, then find reasons that are so obviously made up to deny you. Karen Mather refused to include my income in our application. She sent me an email, after I called her out for scamming us, attempting to gaslight me. She claimed I told her I took time off after having my baby. I never told her that and replied with screenshots of what was actually said, no gaps in my employment whatsoever. Then she denied my husband, son and daughter claiming that each of their income individually did not meet the 3x's rent requirements. That's not how it works. It's a combined household income, as per their website and every other company. Even if you take away my income, our household gross is 7.5x's the rent. We over exc

Poor business practices. And their property managers are trash, or at least 2 of them. When you move out they will create problems to make sure they don't have to pay out when you move. Single guy that doesn't even smoke, property manger says the whole house smelled like smoke so they can justify having to paint the whole house. If your house has a fire pit don't use it or you will be liable for that too. I also have the owner whom I'm friends with admit to braking a cabinet door and fixing it with glue, week later its now a different cabinet door. Stay clear of them.

I would NEVER recommend this company. They are very unprofessional. The property manager does not care for the tenants and at that I was a great tenant paid on time every month for all 3 years. The house needed a little tlc that they said out their mouth they would NOT FIX so they patched everything instead of fixing it. Im owed my full deposit back and still waiting on it and every time I contact them it’s an issue with something from the printer to the paper. I am reporting this company to every source possible so people know to not do business with this company if you are wanting to rent.
