Save yourself the trouble. These places are horrible and the land lord is not very reasonable. There's black mold and mildew. So craftsmanship is mediocre. Prices go up constantly. Show removal is limited. The land lord likes to invite himself to your apartment while your away without notice. The list goes on.
This guy is a real piece of work. Very judgmental people, personally I do not recommend renting from them
