I would never everrr recommend Kabana Cove Apartments to anyone. My experience here has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. From the day I moved in, the apartment had a severe roach infestation they were everywhere: in the kitchen, bathroom, even the closets. On top of that, there was visible mold throughout the unit, which the management completely ignored despite multiple complaints. The conditions were unsafe and unhealthy, especially for anyone with children or breathing issues. Then, when I tried to get help, the management especially Christina made things worse. She deliberately lied to the state inspectors, claiming that I signed an agreement I never agreed to, and told them pest control was being sent out when it absolutely was not. Christine has been absolutely wonderful. Her customer service skills are awesome and she has a passion for her job. I recently relocated from Alabama and Christine has made my transition a very smooth process. Management, please commend her for the awesome job that she does. I also got the chance to meet the maintenance staff and he also was very friendly and assured me that he would make certain all my maintenance needs were handle accordingly. I've been living here for almost 3 years. It's quiet and clean and reasonable rent. I'm comfortable and I plan on staying for awhile. Management and maintenance has been wonderful and very friendly. My neighbors are quiet and everyone stays to themselves. I moved here to get a peace of mind. I highly recommend if you looking for a peaceful, quiet, low key spot.

I came for a tour and had the privilege of meeting Christina Q. She was professional and courteous. She answered all my questions. The walk through of the property highlighted how well it’s being maintained and encouraged me to immediately apply. I’m definitely looking forward to being a tenant. Thank you Christina.

Christina Quinones Was the best! She is very professional and you can tell she love what she does !!! My experience was phenomenal and we need more people like her in the leasing agency field because you don’t come across to many good genuine people that care about the residents and property . With that being said I can’t wait to move .
