This was a very good company. They fixed everything in my home when I was renting from them and accepted my application even when I didn’t have the best credit or rental history I made sure when I left my home. It was in prestige condition. Thank you guys for all your help.

Horrible company They say they don’t manage the home I live in but did not disclose this until I signed the lease. Owner is rude and won’t help anyone. My home does not have heat because they failed to inspect at move in July. I live with no heat and the city of Norfolk is making me move in three days because the home in not inhabitable. They say I still need to pay rent but owner won’t fix the heat because he’s old and lazy. Don’t rent from these people!!!

I have rented from them for over 4 yrs. They are great! They fix every repair I put in immediately… depending on the repair its same day… when covid hit they worked with me on my rental payments and Ms. Mary was really caring and supportive. I cant speak on no else’s experience but mines had been great!!!!!! Mrs. Mary, Mr.Kennon and Mr.Tye are a awesome team…. Rent from them and you wont regret it…

This company is the worst. The owners (Ty) are arrogant, dismissive and discriminiatory. The Property Manager tries his best to get things done but is blocked and forced to do minimal work. I have been in and around this business for over 15 years and their lack of care, concern and resolve for their tenants is digusting. DO NOT LEASE from this company if you want to live in a home where things are taken care of an fixed properly. Maybe after I post this review someone will call me back

Ive been renting a house through this company for just under 3 years. The company in the 3 years has not said anything to me. Upon moving out they put the property up for rent and the company put myself and my wife as the contact for scheduling an appointment to see the house because it was easier for the property management company. Overall the company does not care about the property and ensuring that the property gets taken care of they just want you money.
