Been having sewage issues for about a year. Kitchen sink and bathtub have sewage regurgitating from the drains. Seems that they do not prefer to spend the necessary funds to correct the issue or they do not actually intend to find a solution. It is very disturbing and it’s bad business to still charge people for a functional apartment when the sink and tub becomes a hazard due to who knows what is coming up from the drains. There is literally sewage coming up from the drains. Let that sink in. No pun intended
Th3sw ppl.own #peppertree apartmwnt..FYI...it is ILLEGALto only take a photo i.d as documentation in the state of tn. This will catch you a law suit especially when I am in a court case of identity theft and the state of tn states their are other form of identification YOU MUST TAKE ...PERIOD... currently I am going to call a lawyer on Michelle and peppertree which means I am calling on you the owners...discrimination is real and you just violated several.laws
