I have rented in various states over 15 years and I can confidently say this is a top tier property management company for luxury rental homes. The landlords care about your individual experience and makes every accommodation inside each unit feel like home. They lead with integrity and true care. Melissa goes above and beyond to make your living experience feel like home. I have lived here for five years and have always had an immediate response time, perfect maintenance (which is rarely needed with high quality appliances), and respect amongst tenants. If you desire safety, cleanliness, security and a true ease in your living environment, this is the management company you want.

My fiancé and I lived there for two years before we purchased our first house. Our landlords were extremely kind and attentive to our needs. If we needed maintenance, they were available as early as the next day. The building is in a safe and quiet area and feature amenities that made living there even more comfortable.

My girlfriend and I have loved living here. Melissa and Justin have been amazing in helping us move from across the state and have made it a seamless experience. We couldn’t be happier with the whole team, the facilities, and other tenants!

Updated to add, January 2026 snowstorm: Melissa, Justin, Jake and Taylor are still amazing, but I HAD to add that they’ve always been so dedicated to our safety. I’m consistently floored by their generosity and genuine concern for their tenants. Their team is currently outside shoveling in the middle of this big storm, with snow still heavily coming down. My boyfriend went outside to brush off and shovel out our cars, and one of the team members began helping him! They have two entire parking lots to clean but they stopped to take the time to help him snow-blow our two cars out. They didn’t have to do that, but they did anyway. HH is truly a gem of a property management company and we are grateful to have lived on their property for the past 3 years. If you’re even considering living here,

The management and staff at Huratiak Homes LLC is one of a kind! They are extremely accommodating and pleasant. They make you feel like a valued resident constantly. Any maintenance requests or general questions are answered promptly. I cannot recommend living in a property managed by Huratiak Homes LLC enough!
