Huntley Ridge East Apartments

I just renewed my lease at Huntley Ridge East. From the very beginning, Colleen has been extremely helpful, she’s very quick to response with this being my first apartment. It’s been a very good experience. Maintenance has been helpful to take care of all needs.

I have lived here over 2 years and I really like it here. My apartment is clean, cozy, and fair priced. Updating my review a year later. I renewed my lease again. There are new owners. You now have access to an offsite gym. They built a little dog park. Would still recommend.

Really enjoy the complex! Great location. Fantastic price. Walking park across the street. Fairly quiet and quick responses from management. Lived here 8 years with little to no issues. Troublesome neighbors dont last long. I only wish we had washer dryer hookup but on site laundry has an app to pay option!!

I have had zero complaints about living here. It's quiet and secluded, and the management is always super helpful. Any maintenance issues I've had have been fixed the same day or the next.

Quiet little complex, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Mantinence is very responsive and quick to fix problems with complex. And also one of the more affordable places I've lived.
