Huntley Ridge Apartments

Claims to be a no smoking building. Halls smell of marijuana on a consistent basis, loud obnoxious people roaming halls all hours of the night, children running and riding bikes in hallways unsupervised in common areas. They don’t check anything and seem to let just anyone move in. Red flag! Loud Spanish music. The building is majority Hispanic. Nothing against that so if you don’t know Spanish it could be a problem w neighbors. If you complain about anything to Managers they will turn it against you and falsely accuse you of something you have not done to retaliate.

apartment: 5/5 My brother from Texas lived there from May to July for an internship at Tulsa. They gave us a brand new unit (#321) with everything new. My brother enjoyed his stay here and I enjoyed visiting. location: 5/5 the apartment complex is at a prime location, its right at the heart of all the important places you need to go. office management: 5/5 Teresa and Tamara are working very hard to help people as much as they can. They always pick up phones and listen to your problems. they co-operated with us fully from showing me the unit to entire leasing process. Response edit 6/25: I want to clarify that the pest pictured is a roach. I was asked to reconsider my review, but the lack of any mention of pests in past reviews was a main reason I chose to tour here. This was the model unit near the office, and my appointment was scheduled in advance — in my opinion, that’s a fair time to scan the room for anything out of the ordinary. I do not appreciate the attempted gaslighting, as this is not a water bug. Original review 6/18: Came to tour and saw a dead (i think german) roach on the bathroom floor. Left right after so I’m not sure if there were any more. Staff were friendly and the apartment looked nice other than that.

Easy move-in process, and sweet leasing ladies who are very helpful. The courtyard’s are nice and there’s several hangout areas around the complex. I really like the interior layout because it feels safer! Edited at the end of June: I’ve been here 5 months now and couldn’t recommend it more. The staff is still helpful when I rarely do happen to have issues. The amenities are clean every time I use them, and I’ve had no issues. I love being able to code in and out of the building safely and the neighbors have been very kind when I see them in the halls. My dog LOVES the dog park. I actually just resigned my lease to extend it further out because I’ve enjoyed being here so much.

No one calls back on emergency maintenance… 3hrs with broken AC house temp 87. Calls several calls nothing. Thank God I don’t have young kids, Current time 10:20pm first call 8pm 2317: no call back no message. AC still not working. Update: I didn’t receive any call overnight until I stopped by the office in the morning. The manager was prompt on having a window AC installed both in the bedroom and living room. She was so helpful and honest. The emergency line went through but since the person didn’t have any solution overnight, he didn’t feel like there was need to call me. But I was assured that problem on communication has been addressed. Apart from this issue, this place at the moment is a very nice place to be.
