Huntley Ridge Apartments

I have absolutely loved living in my apartment at Huntley Ridge! They are in a safe area, and close to anything you need. Most units have washer and dryer hook ups which is a huge plus, and a dishwasher! I always see property people working, to make sure the outside of the apartments stays nice. They also have a dog park, which has been a huge plus for me and my pup. Not to mention, that the inside of the apartments might be more outdated, they are definitely still suitable and affordable!

The complexes are clean and well maintained. The grounds are really nice and you can tell the staff puts in a lot of effort to keep it looking nice. My favorite amenity provided is the dog park, and the overall environment is really dog friendly. It’s a great place to live if you like a quiet community.

My husband and I have been living at Huntley Ridge in Battlefield for 6 years. Just on the edge of the city limits it's an amazing location. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is very well taken care of. The staff and maintenance are friendly and accommodating, willing to help however they can with whatever issues may pop up in a timely manner. We are also thrilled with the addition of a small fenced in dog park area! We've been very happy here, it's not just a place to live it's truly a community!

I like this complex for it's location and quietness. It is an older set of buildings and as such keep the neighborhood charm rather than industrial high rise so popular. Management is responsive. The maintenance team pleasant and knowledgeable. I consistently renew my lease...that should tell you alot.

We lived at Southcreek for roughly 1.5 years and unfortunately had to relocate due to my husband’s job, but we absolutely loved living here and I cannot recommend it enough. No one paid me to write this review, I don’t write reviews unless I believe in what I’m saying- it’s an affordable, safe, quiet, community with beautiful landscaping (especially in the spring!) with kind drama-free neighbors. Desiree, the manager, was so friendly and helpful from the very first time we spoke to the last encounter we had when she helped save me some money upon move out. Battlefield is such a gem of a community. I miss living here. We enjoyed the short walk to Wire Road especially during the summer when there were live music events - don’t have to worry about parking when you can just walk! - and I felt
