Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Marquis M. at Huntington Village Apartments, and I felt compelled to share how positive my experience was. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of the rental requirements and patiently walked me through every step of the application process. What stood out most to me was her kindness and thoughtfulness. She didn’t rush the conversation or make me feel like “just another applicant.” Instead, she treated me with respect and genuine care, making sure I fully understood everything and felt comfortable asking questions. Although I do not currently live at Huntington Village, I am very interested in moving forward in the future. After my intera

I’ve lived in these apartments for 3–4 years and have seen 4–5 different office managers during that time. Every time management changes, tenant concerns are ignored or lost in transition. There’s zero communication, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails. The office claims to be open from 8 AM to 5 PM, but they regularly close by 4 PM — sometimes earlier. The biggest issue has been mold, which has been a serious problem since August 2023. When it rains heavily, mold grows quickly. A specialist came in 2024, tested the air, and confirmed there was mold — but management brushed it off as “mildew” and told me to open a window. Their explanation was that moisture from outside mixes with the AC system. This problem is not isolated — many of the buildi

Apartments are very nice but doesn't make any sense for the property to look like this y'all really need to get more dumpsters on the property. I called corporate all they did was transfer the call to the actual site then phone goes to voicemail.

I have to leave a note to say that I am excited about the potential opportunity to live here!!! I stopped by 3 times this week. Every time I visited for information every one was professional and kind. The first day, I met a regional staff member, Allelia, who was kind, patient and willing to explain what to expect related application process and availability for apartment showing and potential leasing. I met Newt Smith, the property manager on the second visit was courteous, knowledgeable and gave information consistent with that which I received thr day before. When I came today, I met Bo Sample, the property engineer who was the kindest and hospitable and explained some of his plans for the property's continued upkeep. Newt and Bo blessed me so 😃.... They made my trip back to view an

Omg I just got a notice on a Friday night that totally ruined my weekend. My rent has gone up every year for 3 years now it's going up 200 hundred dollars in May. I retired because of severe back pain and thought I hit the jackpot when I got approved for affordable housing in 2021. Now even though they get tax cuts and money from several financial institutions they still are putting me in the state of being homeless. The rent is going to take over half my income even buying a house doesn't take ratios that high. I'm single and disabled and can't work a job. Omg !
