Overall had a great experience living here. We like the location and the staff really sets this place apart. Aimee, the manager, is always friendly and helpful. Charlie from maintenance is also very friendly, quick and very responsive. They were on top of maintenance inside and outside the buildings. We like the walking paths and park near the complex. Overall, we’re really happy with the community and the service!

Five Wonderful Years at Huntington Square Apartments I lived at Huntington Square Apartments for five years, moving in around 2020 during the early days of the COVID pandemic. Although I wasn’t able to tour the apartment in person beforehand, the leasing agent provided clear and detailed photos, and everything looked exactly as promised. On move-in day, I was pleasantly surprised — I absolutely loved the apartment from the start. This complex is supported by an incredible leasing and maintenance team. Aime, in particular, is warm, friendly, and has built great rapport with residents. She’s always willing to listen to questions or concerns, and her approachable nature made a big difference during my time there. Charlie, a member of the maintenance team, is just as amazing. We lived at Huntington Square for 6 months, and our experience was amazing. It's a very peaceful place, perfect for enjoying tranquility and comfort. We were very happy there. Additionally, the lease office staff was exceptional; everyone was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The nature around the area is wonderful, which made living there even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings.

We lived at Huntington Square for almost two years. The apartments are well kept and clean. Amie at the leasing office was extremely responsive throughout our lease. She even helped us to investigate a mail forwarding issue once we had left and always went above and beyond. The maintenance staff was also super responsive and accommodating for any fixes which is not typical in many other complexes we have lived. The location is also very convenient as it located against miles of Columbia Association trails and parks. You can even walk to the Kings Contrivance Village Center for groceries, etc. from Huntington Square without having to be near a roadway. The playground and running track directly behind the complex was just redone in 2023 by Howard County making it both kid and pet friendly.

We are going into our second year at Huntington. The staff in the leasing office and maintenance are extremely friendly and professional. Throughout the year they have apt community events such as food trucks and holiday functions in the club house. This includes hot cocoa and gift wrap. If you have pets they have pet of the month. The clubhouse is available to rent for family parties etc and it is great. There are walking trails and an updated park directly behind the complex. Maintenance requests are followed up quickly and always neat and clean while doing work. You couldn’t ask for more.
