She answered all my questions when I called. The office manager did a great job answering my questions. She gave me some good responses and didn't try to push me off the phone, Great job!!!

ROACHES!!!!!! god damn i should’ve read the reviews before i moved in would’ve save me all the headaches i’m experiencing now in only 4-5 months of living here. you get what you pay for but the practices of the company do not meet expectations.

Recently moved out of this complex. Pros: Julissa & Maria are very kind , Manuel the maintenance man is very kind, and they did get someone out to fix things normally within a day of me asking. The units themselves are quaint and cozy. The balconies are nice and do have cute views in most spots. Never had issues with heating or cooling. Never had any leaks aside from a faucet and it was fixed. They replaced my stove and dishwasher due to issues that couldn’t be repaired. They’re pretty communicative about when they will be entering your apartment and when water shut offs will be, etc. It is a good option if you have nowhere else to go. Cons: I was told when I moved in that the gate would be fixed, I lived there almost 3 years and it was never fixed. People will almost hit your car by try

This place is a terrible neighborhood I had my truck stolen and the other broke into the apartments are roach infested they spray but it seems to make it worse they don't care they won't work with you the add fees to everything and charge for damages that that were broken when you moved in and were told they would have fixed before your move in date Stay away from here

We moved here in March of 2021. We took the first place available as we needed a place asap. Julissa was working in the office when we moved here but when she became the big boss, is when this place really turned around! She is excellent at her job. My review would be much much different had she not taken over- She means business with everything she does! The first thing she did was fire the previous pest control & eradicate the pest problem here! None of my neighbors in the other buildings are having issues anymore either. So if you read some of the other reviews, that’s no longer an issue! Anytime i’ve had a maintenance problem, it’s been fixed the same day I call- The whole team is great but Manuel is excellent! Maria is at another property now but she was so so kind. I will miss all th
