If I could give 0 stats I would. I know someone that moved here. First of all the level of unprofessional conduct from Management is unbelievable. Never available. Took 2 weeks to get keys and even then the apartment was not ready. Countertops stained. Cabinets broken and full of roaches. Bath tub full of roaches , wall not connected to counter tops. Door knobs missing. Trash inside and outside. I'm writing the mayor and calling code enforcement. This place is not livable. Hire people that care about families and competent maintenance people. 🙄

New manager is making a big difference,,, it's not bad like it was when I first moved here. Maintenance is right there when you need them. Landlord is very helpful and understanding. Since they been here, theyve been in apartments cleaning and painting and so far they're looking 👍🏾 good. ✊🏽👍🏾

The New Management has done a complete transformation with this complex: I moved in with the original owner & the original reviews were accurate. I couldn’t wait to pack up & get out. However: I am resigning my lease ONLY because of the New Management. They have Great Communication- Pest Control-ONLINE PAYMENT Options-ON SITE MAINTENANCE- (Wear uniforms so you know exactly who they are) -Up & running laundry facility-.Any Changes or updates are always communicated at least week before they go into effect. They didn’t increase the rent prices on us(current tenants) when they took over. It was a smooth and pleasant transition. If you’re searching for something clean quiet and affordable- I would them a chance.

My experience here has been great so far. theA few times the toilet has run over but other than that I have no issues. The people that are over the property now are good people overall. I've seen them working with people who should have been gone along time ago. Although the trash does get filled and sometimes overflows the maintenance men get out there and they clean this property up. If anything they should get another trash can and should charge a fee/fine for damaged blinds it throws the whole property off ijs. No complaints on my end so far.

Hello!!! I’m a new resident!!! I would give ten stars but they don’t have it on here lol. When I came to apply, I was distraught from getting denied from other property management and companies. I came in with a positive attitude,I smiled and asked if there was anything available. The property manager was sooooooo polite,kind and loving,which made me feel much better and confident to apply. Long story short, I applied and got the apartment. Omg I so love her. She’s definitely into helping others,making sure we’re safe and well. I would recommend her to everyone that’s eligible. It’s quite here,and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I love my apartment!!!! And I’m so happy I made a great choice to move here. A big relief off of my shoulders,thanks to The Property Management!!!!!!!!
