Huntington Gardens Apartments

Great aparments. The ladies at the office are nice and helpful although there is only one maintenance man which isnt good and I really think they need to have at least two to better accommodate the tenants needs. Other than that I like the apartments its clean and a good size I have 1bd 1bth and I have a lot of things because I run a business from home selling online and I have room for everything lots of closet space. The laundy room is small though but there is a laundromat down the street and a lot of stores nearby and a nice park across the street too. Rent is good here for one bedroom and also two bedroom. Monthly lease only. Update: still live here, I had issues with roaches but called to make an appointment with pest control and no more roaches :) still a good place to live and rent

I am currently a tenant here , and at first I loved it , because it was real quiet and the lady in the office is really helpful . Until I got a notice about a dog that I recently started babysitting . Due to Covid I’m out of work and that is my only source of income at the moment which I explained to the lady . I asked for an extension so I could get everything they need (500$ deposit) which is absolutely insane . but they insisted a check or WE NEED HIM OUT . I understand POLICY but thus is my only source of income . I didn’t go against policy I simply asked for an extension and they have me 3 days to get him out or pay 500$ . I expected them to be a bit more understand due to certain circumstances.

This place definitely needs new management. Horrible customer service, very rude do not return phone calls office is always closed. Maintenance is a joke. Its gated but none of the gates lock properly. New staff will fix half the problems.

very bad place! We lived there for more than a year and we always had problems with cockroaches, things in the apartment affected or in poor condition, neighbors problem etc.
