Huntington at Stonefield

This was my first apartment, I moved in there 3 months ago and from that day forward it was chaos. They had to move my first apartment because I was basically living with raccoons ontop of my room, I had fleas in my carpet biting the crap out of me I HAVE NO PETS BTW! Had tons of roaches and SPIDERS! They finally booked a carpet cleaner and he half did the job carpet looked the same, unit was not ready for move in when I moved in but I just needed a place. They moved my unit to a somewhat better one, so I thought. My kitchen was full of roaches, my garbage disposal was left unfixed which caused gnats to be everywhere! I had to get some Boric acid to sprinkle around the house for the roaches, I was debating on paying my rent but I just left and let them evict me I didn’t even care. These ar

I give this a 2star only because they half ass remodeled my kitchen it’s 2 different colors the change management every other month they work with u on rent we can do promise to pay a month ago now they not doing it I only have one month left in here and they trying to evict us over 90 dollars like yall been adding it to the next rent and I pay yall so why stop now. Raccoon all inside ppl houses. My first time moving here they had to change me units before I even moved my stuff in because the unit the roaches took over that whole unit they need to step up period

I would not recommend living at this property. During my time there, I experienced multiple serious issues. Raccoons were living in the ceilings and even came through into my AC closet. I had two back-to-back leaks that led to mold growth, which made the living conditions unsafe and ultimately forced me to move. On top of that, the property manager does not properly monitor who comes onto the property. While I was living there, there were shootings and even a murder on site. Overall, it was an unsafe and unhealthy environment.

Staff was amazing. Had an excellent tour. I'll definitely be looking into them for my next apartment.

My mother has lived here for years and new management has had these dumpsters for weeks surrounded by flies. We have seen vultures, buzzards, raccoons, feral cats, and rats lurking around them. Multiple electricity boxes with no covers with children playing close by. Mailboxes broken and multiple residents have complained. NO ACTION TAKEN.
