Huntingdon Place

I have been renting at Huntingdon Place for 5 years and recently decided to purchase my unit. I looked everywhere within a 25 mile radius and there is nothing that can compare to the amenities and lifestyle at this price point. 24 hour security, gym, pool, covered parking and a super location make this a great place to live. Front desk people are courteous and helpful. Yes, there have been problems in the building, and Toll Brothers is working to address and correct the issues. We are getting new balconies, and Bob is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the repair process. The people responsible for the repairs for renters are incredible. My wife and I rented here for 3 years and loved it! The condos are well constructed and the staff that work there are extremely helpful. We've had nothing but good experiences with folks at the sales office, front desk or the building management office. Despite having moved-out 3 months ago (to a bigger place) I feel obliged to leave this positive review and thank Rose, Fran, Keith, Gerry for the 3 years of comfort. I'd highly recommend this property to anyway looking to rent or buy.

Worst place I ever lived. If you enjoy being woke up at 3 am because of the fire alarm, this is the place for you. The sprinkler system in the garage is in poor shape and constantly gets holes setting off the alarm. They do nothing about dogs barking in the Courtyard even though the rules include fines for disturbing neighbors with noise. Be prepared to get a major assessment if you buy here because the place is falling apart and is not managed properly. There is no maintenance plan in place to take care of yearly items. The pond has to be drained and dredged on a regular basis costing the community 50k or more each time. Piss poor construction and management. Run away from this place fast. I couldn't move fast enough after finding out how bad its constructed and managed.

Not a great place to live if you're a person of color. From the tenants to management it was very clear my family and I were not welcome. I've never experienced so much racism in one location. And it doesn't stop at Huntingdon Place. If you have kids they will see and experience hate and racism from Elementary school to High School. Told to go back to Africa , called a monkey, all in the 4th grade. We moved away for the saftey and sanity of our family.

My daughter moved there and invited us to dinner this place was beautiful in and out the lobby the outside and the apartment was beautiful the kitchen was beautiful. The bathroom was very nice and patios nice and safe neighborhood but a little pricey
