Hunter’s Ridge Apartments

My boyfriend and I recently moved in here a little over a month ago and so far we have no complaints! The maintenance team is fast and responsive to issues even when they’re not labeled as an emergency. The ladies in the leasing office are so incredibly helpful. Shortly after we moved in, our cat had gotten out and after hours of frantically searching, I went to the leasing office to see if they had a lost pet portal or if there was anywhere I could post about it. Minutes after I left to continue looking, a mass email was sent to help find our boy. I appreciated that a ton because I can be a bit of a helicopter pet mom and it was so refreshing that they cared as much as we did about finding him (our old apartment complex wouldn’t have done that). Where to start, at first the apartment seems nice, then we lived there for more than a few months. The parking is constantly an issue, people will constantly park their vehicles wherever they please, even in places listed as NO PARKING , I had notified and took pictures multiple times and sent them to the office and they did absolutely nothing. We had issues with neighbors being noisy at late and early hours 12-4am and notified the office and all they did was send out an email to EVERYONE (not to the specific tenant that was loud) saying to mind the noise levels. He continued to play loud music at all hours of the night and we actually had to get the police involved in order for something to actually be done. I am writing this review as a final resort because management has failed to address hazardous living conditions in my apartment. For months, I have been dealing with a severe raccoon infestation in the ceilings. You can hear them moving and scratching at all hours, I cannot even enjoy sitting in my living room. In addition to the pests, there is visible mold growing in my unit, which is a major health concern. Despite multiple maintenance requests and calls to the office, nothing has been done. All I’ve been made aware of is that this is not a new problem. Maintenance has come by and set traps in the attic but has never caught anything and has also painted over the mold but still here we are with the same issue. My experience with Hunter’s Ridge so far has been awesome! Kristen and Alma in the office have been so friendly and extremely helpful with everything and has made us feel very welcome. The whole move in process was a breeze. They have even checked up on us multiple times to make sure everything is going well. They even give you a little welcome gift with some soap, candy, and mini screw drivers🥹. Maintenance requests have been handled promptly. Apartments are very nice and spacious. The location is also perfect!! Close to everything you need. Walmart, fast food, other shops and restaurants. Great community so far too. Even the mail lady is friendly! Can’t wait to check out the pool this summer! 10/10 would recommend!

I just moved into Hunters Ridge apartments in Oakville recently and I have to say how wonderful of an experience this was for me! The whole process was seamless, it was quick and easy every step of the way. Alma and Kristen in the leasing office have made this whole process a breeze and have made me feel wanted and welcomed! The location is great, the other residents have been so nice and welcoming and the maintenance workers have made sure my apartment looked perfect before moving in and have offered their further assistance should I ever need anything.
