Hunters Ridge Apartments

Units need to be updated and carpet removed from living area and high traffic areas. I lived there in 1998 and the units are still the same and counter tops are worn out. Maintenance just band aids things together. Rent is very expensive for what you get. Rules that trash cans can’t be left outside of garage is ridiculous. They blackmail you into a lease or charge $300.00 more a months if you go to a month to month basis. Make sure to get the apartment they show you, the do the bait and switch routine.

This a great place. While the apartments may look older, they are well insulated and very spacious. Maintenance is fast and easy and has always been fixed timely and they are very good in providing advance notice for anything which requires them to enter the apartments. Location is fantastic as well. During winters they are pretty good in cleaning snow and maintaining the walkways and roads.

Been here almost 3yrs. It's a fairly quiet space for apartment living. Maintenance requests are handled very timely. Staff/management is very kind. Pool and clubhouse are lovely amenities. Small fitness center available. Apts are from 90s and outdated aesthetically. They offer carpet cleaning of your unit annually if you request it. Furnace filters, fire alarm systems checked and serviced on a regular schedule. Bugs/pests are also sprayed for on a schedule. Garbage service weekly-recycle bi-weekly. Rent increases annually per usual, but its not totally unreasonable amounts thankfully! I would strongly suggest doing an intranet system like many complexes have for residents to request maintenence, pay rent, have a hyper links to WE Energies and to Minol to pay bills and a place to get gener

Moved in about 3 months ago. Maintenance is on top of every work order. Office is prompt on returning calls and emails. Would have given it a 5 star , however kitchen needs some remodeling. Overall happy I moved here.

Must say after talking with Jaye Syc Administrative Assistant, I feel like this is my new home I want to claim. He took his time and explained options and availability for rental. Can't wait for my lease is up so I can move into the Hunters Ridge. Giving 5 stars because of him and his time to talk to me.
