Hunters Ridge Apartments

Absolutely horrible management. Don't bother with your deposit when moving out you WONT get it back i spend 6 hours cleaning a scrubbing they sent me pictures of dust on the floor and charged me a $100 cleaning fee. if you get locked out $10 for someone to come unlock your door! if i didn't pay the 10 they would have left me pregnant in the 100+ degree heat this summer. When you need someone to come fix something they say they came when they never did and you are left with water leaking from your vent. They also have a bug problem. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! money hungry people who will charge you for absolutely anything they can.

Took way to long, made it seam like it would be soon move in, would not let me see unit, I adled several times, I paid deposit, because she given a deadline date and still hadn't seen unit, and it was vital i move from where i was. I asked for deposit back and did not get it because of application, manager, is sneaky, about the 72 hur. Clause in application, be wear. Don't trust, will be lies to about unit, and if you pay the deposit with out seeing the unit you will need to find a another apartment to live in, it's a game and Heleen plays it well...

I have lived here right at 10 years I believe and I have little to no problems with the apartment.
