Hunters Point Apartments

I'm blind and I don't feel safe in hunter's point apartments, because they they shoot dice in my hallway and loitering to 4am , I called the rental office and they never answer their phone. So I called the police department and they said I have to call the rental office and they said I have to have a no trespassing sign, and I informed the rental office and they have not resolved the situation yet.i have a nurse to come out here and she's afraid to come back out here because she said she doesn't feel safe

Brand new park was put out here and these kids done messed it up already.

You have a dead tree on the back of your property and huge branches keep falling on homes behind fence. We had reported this in numerous occasions and nothing has been done. You will be sued when someone gets hurt because of your negligence. Update: 2 years later nothing has been done, the tree fell on a home, and Hunters Point Apartments didn't take responsibility.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would my uncle was killed in these apartments in November 2023 the apartments nor their corporate office have reached out to my family and it’s almost been a year these apartments need to be tore down instead of renovated. You call the corporate number their mailbox is “ full” this is unacceptable.

I've been trying for two and a half months for them to redo my door it's getting cold I'm not running my my heater because it's going right on out the door and that burning my electricity I called I put in three four chicks in and they keep on saying they're going to get somebody to own it cuz I talked to the maintenance man they tell if I need to find the contractor I'm a disabled vet when the VA my caseworker asked me how high is it living out here I would tell him it ain't worth it the shooting the maintenance people they don't care it's piss poor
