Hunters Green Apartments

Do not move here. Hole with no safety barrier has been here for close to 8 months. Dirt all over, finally now have a backhoe on property that has been sitting for over a week with no movement. Lazy management that doesn’t care. Pit bulls all over complex, told them, they still didn’t care. They will care when they sued due to an attack. Gunshots on Christmas Day, drug deals all the time, trash everywhere constantly. Management is off site, that says it all. They monitor nothing. People park all over the greenway as you can see from pictures. Roaches all over, wooden decks rotting and metal stairs rusting so bad that they too are rotting. So many safety concerns it’s not even funny. Should probably call a news channel on this place.

They don't fix anything. If they do they take along time. It's black mold in some apartments. They only take care of the front apartments. The only apartments that Powers properties take care of is the ones on Percival, Alpine extension, or the other complexes. Not Hunters Green.the management building has no management. The price of the apartments are to high for what they provide. Which is a big fat NOTHING!!

These apartments are horrible! They take forever to fix broken appliances. Homeless crack heads steal from your porches and cars and Richland county said there isn't anything they can do about it. They said they have security but I have NEVER seen them in the 4 years I've been living here. Oh and most of all, they will put you out regardless if you pay your rent on time. Don't even bother! It's so hood out here now that even the office relocated.

This is my second time living here. It has a “hood” reputation but I find it to be really quiet. I’ve always lived in the front buildings. The groundskeepers don’t keep it clean and it takes a while for repairs, but overall I’m happy living here. I’d refer my friends to live here (only in the front though lol)

The worst apartment complex in terms of service in Columbia area. Two days have gone without the a/c getting fixed after calling them 10+ times and them falsey assuring that someone is coming to fix it. That was not an on time thing either. Maintenance issues take weeks to get properly resolved whether it's emergency or not.
