Hunters Glen Apartments

I currently live here and trust me I love it. Thy e staff is great with Rafell and Renaldo along with the maintenance guys. Also, while I’m writing this they are literally cleaning out the parking lot filled with snow and to me that’s excellent service. I want to thank the entire team for always being on point and responsive.

When I went to take a tour, there were only 2 people in the office, and I had to wait about 30 minutes to see an apartment. I think they were understaffed for the day. As we walked around, there was a Chick-fil-a box lying on the ground and 3 guys were working on a pick-up truck in the parking lot. It didn't seem so much of a nice apartment but rather your grandmother's place with family hanging out in the yard. The leasing agent stated that an apartment was available, and I applied for the apartment. Weeks later, I found out that the apartment was no longer available. I had made plans to move out of my place based on the move in date here. The problem is that the office never told me they yanked the apartment out from under me. I called at least 30 times before I FINALLY spoke to someo

I didn't go with this complex due to location-- was a bit out of the way for me. However, the area is nice/quiet, apartments were spacious, and Ronaldo showed me around and was very personable and inviting. I would recommend and consider in the future.

I totally enjoy living at Hunter's Glen. A strictly professional and friendly staff. The maintenance staff are quick to answer calls and have the utmost knowledge in all repairs. I truly love living here. My neighbors are respectful. Hunter's Glen is tranquil and very quiet.

Update: The area looks nice, but a con about living here is you can’t sleep in very well or during the day if you have night shift because of the Landscaping people that are always here making noise for hours. Update: when the maintenance people came over to fix it, they acted like they didn’t know who did it. The guy who probably did do it didn’t even apologize. Now the AC power is off and my thermostat says 87. Even for the previous incident, I called the emergency number and still, nobody reached out to me not even during normal business hours. I called it again and still no answer from anybody so what is the point of having an after hours emergency maintenance number if nobody’s going to respond?
