Lived here for 4 years. Maintenance is part of their excellence. Gardening and landscaping is amazing. Love my neighbors, so friendly and kind, we definitely watched out for each other. Great spot if you own a dog!

Beautiful on the outside but this place has been a nightmare. First off, my leasing lady was very rude and wasn’t truthful about the tenant services. She rushed me and that should’ve been a red flag. You don’t get to see the apartment you select until after you sign the contract. I think if they don’t like you, they give you the nasty old apartment options. My carpet was stink as they had an air refresher in the corner when I toured. The rooms are so tiny that the movers had a hard time getting my bed and mattress into the small hall. Just a nightmare. I suggest upon moving in, speak to some neighbors and read the reviews. My first and last year here.

Love living here. I moved in 3 years ago and I have no complaints. Everyone is so friendly at the leasing office. Maintenance service is pretty good. I'm glad I moved here.

I've lived here 12 years. I've had 10 great years. It was mostly senior's over here and was pretty quiet. Now it's a lot of younger people and has become noisy. When they are at work it's pretty quiet. I feel that it should be a senior area. The rent goes up about 50 and UT getting really expensive to live here. They keep the place really clean; and that's a plus. Betty is very helpful and friendly. Front desk...

My sister lives here. The guards at the gates are always friendly. They just recently instated a policy that visitors must keep a notice in their windshield, which is fine. The apartments are nice enough. A bit on the small side, but they are cute and each of the upper floors have a small balcony. The walls are a bit thin so you can definitely hear your neighbors.
