Hunters Gate Townhomes

Avoid this place! The property manager will be very nice to your face, but she speaks about your business to others, and will ask you about your personal business constantly. She seems to have a problem with certain kids, and is very rude to them and the parents outright. I've seen her tell parents to take down one of those blow up jumpy houses for kids, after which they asked Dollar General if they could use their property, and they agreed. But Debbie called the police anyways to have it taken down. Worst of all, she will call and lie to CPS! Which is very dangerous if you are a parent. We have proof of this, we have emails. If you get on her bad side she will retaliate and charge you a major bill when you move out.

Couldn't have found a better place to call home! Debbie and Lonnie are so sweet and helpful! The property is clean and well taken care of. Its a quiet, safe place for kids. Lonnie is the best maintenance man, he's knowledgeable and everything is taken care of in a quick manner. Debbie is very approachable and easy to talk to with any problems you may have. Sensitive issues are always taken care of with understanding, compassion, and confidentiality.

If you're looking for a wonderful place to call home in Harrisburg, this is it. Debbie and Lonnie are fantastic! Family friendly, convenient location and playgrounds for the kiddos and pet friendly.

I really like living at hunters gate. The property manager Debbie is so kind, she’s always willing to help if I need something. The maintenance guys Lonnie and Mike are incredible as well. They’re quick to fix the problem and they’re so nice and they interact with myself and my kids which is hard to come by. The neighbors are all really kind and I never have a problem with noise levels which is hard to come by in complex living. Out of the 5 apartments I’ve lived in I’m my life time this has definitely been the best experience. Plus you get a washer and dryer in the unit so it’s not shared between the complexes which is a win all in itself. 10/10 recommend hunters Gate!
