The entire staff is great. Maintenance always responds and fixes the issue instead of putting a band aid on the problem. The office staff is always available snd willing to help. Im no longer embarrassed to bring guest to my home. Property is presentable again.

Hunters Creek is very spacious for living and very close to the hospital and surrounding stores for convenience.The maintenance team is awesome they work very hard and is very informative. And if there's a problem that needs to be rectified by a vendor that's exactly what they'll do to get the job done if it's out of their professional job duties. Raymond is awesome and he actually works with his maintenance team instead of just carrying the name leader/supervisor

Hunters Creek has gotten a pretty bad reputation because of prior unethical management that was overseeing the operations of daily life for people that live here. New management has stepped in over a year ago and I give them a lot of credit because they were dumped a huge plate of issues to deal with. They have been over time working very hard to improve the conditions that the other company left in their wake. Instead of focusing on the negatives, let's try and look at what is GOOD about this community!! It's family oriented, it's safe, and they are working daily to improve the grounds, the parking issues, and bring back everything in good working order from the mess the prior management left behind. They are stealing application fees!! They cannot even process applications yet They are encouraging people to apply. Also you can never get ahold of the front desk. Steer clear of these scammers I spent $150 in application fees to be told weeks later that they cannot process the applications because the credit checking system is down with no knowledge of when it will be up and running. The front desk is a complete joke.
