Hunter's Chase Senior Apartments

I have been living at Hunter's Chase Senior Apartments since it first opened in 2014 and I am very happy with our management staff. Destiny Duncan is our Property Manager and she is hardworking, diligent, and conscientious in her duties as manager. She goes out of her way for all the tenants and she is very respectful and fair in how she interacts with the tenants. The building and the grounds as well as the apartments are beautiful and well-kept and it is a great place to live. Additionally the management offers many social functions to enhance our everyday life. I highly recommend Hunter's Chase Senior Apartments.

I just moved in to Hunter's Chase Senior apartments. I have the Dove floor plan, which is a two bedroom, one bath. The apartment is beautiful, as is the entire apartment community. It is located in a quiet area at the edge of town so is close to shopping, restaurants, clinics and other community amenities. The management/office team are wonderful and accommodating. Everyone here is so friendly. I'm so happy I decided to move here. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I actually live here. The manager is great person. The rent is reasonable. It was great in the beginning it's just with this Covid our recreation has come to a halt but that is no fault of the apartment complex. They have activities but we just can't do them now. I feel it's a safe place to live which is great for us older folks.

I moved into these February 7, 2014. I was the first one to move in. I love this place and every thing about it. The staff are very knowledgeable ready and always willing to help anyone that asks. Why not just get busy being a good neighbor. That is what a strive to accomplish in my lifetime, so come and visit and decide for yourself
