Hunter Hibbard found the perfect fit for our family of 6 + a fur baby. I looked at LOTS of homes online and over 50 in person. He recommended my current home to me numerous times, but I kept taking it off my list. Once he got my husband and I through the door, we knew we were home. We certainly appreciated Hunter's sharp negotiations skills as we purchased our home when interest rates were down and the market was crazy. Hunter is the best realtor around. I cannot recommend him enough. He was incredibly accommodating and took hours of his weekend to drive me around to look at properties. I used him to buy and sell. Both were incredibly smooth with the only issues coming from the other realtors. He negotiated the property I was buying down $20k! And sold my house for $100k more than I thought it would sell for.
