If I could give a zero I would most definitely. My realtor never scheduled a final walkthrough before the closing and also claimed she didn’t even know we had a closing SCHEDULED FOR MAY 31st at 11:30 a.m. (THAT SHE NEVER EVEN ATTENDED SHE WAS MIA..With that being said you can only imagine what kind of problems I had to deal with, and I am still dealing with almost 4 months later several issues along with several items left on and inside the property. I have even contacted her bosses Director/supervisor for the Clifton Park New York office and have made no progress with her either. I would not recommend this company to anyone of my friends family or anybody I know seems like all she cared about was getting that $7000 check for making four phone calls throughout the closing process. If I could go zero stars I would The experience I had renting an apartment in mechanicville from Anna Bochenek Diraddo was completely unprofessional she dropped the ball on the rental agreement and blamed it on me we ended up losing the apartment for the mistakes she made her verbal communication skills were horrible she explained to me that she sent me the rental agreement to review and that we would meet Friday with the down payment and finished the agreement and within 48 hours later she text me saying that I never sent her back the rental agreement so now the owner of the home is looking at other applicants which she never told me I had to send it back we were meeting on Friday she dropped the ball bad and I would never recommend hunt or especially her to anyone
