Quick service used for years way quicker than waiting in line at the dmv

I tried to get some help with a vehicle title. Vickie was the representative I worked with. She was unhelpful and rude. She even said, after asking me to email a bunch of documents, that she might not remember to look for them so I should call and remind her. She failed to find a name that was clearly printed on an occupancy permit that was involved in this situation. The second time I called to follow up, she said she wasn't in a good mood, and when I asked a simple question about an update on the status, she said she was 'not in a good mood', and actually hung up on me. Incompetence and rudeness is what I experienced with this business.

Very nice people. I always get everything taken care of in one trip unlike with most of the DMVs nearby. Fees are reasonable. Not many of these locals left doing this. Most of them were shut down. I'm glad they have remained open. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There’s a wealth of knowledge in this building. Always so helpful and the small fee for processing is worth not having to spend the day at the dmv. Highly recommend!
