I have lived here for a year and half and absolutely love it. The apartments are very nice and clean. Lots of closet space, modestly roomy, and wonderful floor plan. Close to schools, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional and know what they are doing and always there to help you. I highly recommend Hulen Gardens Apartments ❤️

Do not believe all the good reviews you see. These apartments are horrible. 1. Dont stay up stairs summers are horrible it NEVER cools off and the ac will be running all day and your bill will be $400+!! The roach and ants infestation never go away no matter what treatment you do or how clean you are they are breading and living in the rotten cabinets and behind the mirrors in the dinning area!! Also these apartments have mold and whenever i complained all they did was do white paint over it! Dont expect to get your deposit back they are going to find a way to keep it and also send you an additional bill for sewer , trash. and water!! They took my deposit and charged me $200 for water sewer and trash after i already moved out!

I've lived here for about a year and a half now and it's my favorite apartment complex without a doubt. The area is great, the property itself is always very clean, all of my neighbors are really friendly. Patricia and Keylee in the office have gone above and beyond when I've needed help with various things. I've only had one legitimate maintenance emergency (which I caused myself) and David in maintenance came and fixed it for me in the middle of the night. I can't recommend this place enough.

Awful Place to live. Don’t trust the reviews. They do giveaways in exchange for leaving good reviews. If you are upstairs don’t expect the apartment to drop below 85 during the day, the old moldy smell will not go away no matter how much air freshener you use. You can’t walk outside without catching a high from all the marijuana in the air. Also let’s not forget about the roaches, and fruit flies no matter how many times a month you have pest control come. Lastly don’t expect your deposit back, they will find a way to take all of it and then still send you a bill even when you leave the apartment clean. If you read this and still choose to live here don’t say you weren’t warned.😂
