Mr. Huggins was very unresponsive to my emails and calls. My client was very excited about a property that was listed by Huggins Realty but the lack of communication caused my client not to have a opportunity to get the property. Mr. Huggins is not very people oriented. My experience with Mr. Huggins as a new realtor in this industry is not a good one. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Mr. Huggins was very knowledgable and gave my family excellent advice when we purchased our home. Pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone.
I don't like to do that, but this office doesn't pay attention to what we request etc. I just left a apartment and they charged a lot for change a bulb! This is sad I'll have to look for my rights!
