Customer Reviews
We were very dissatisfied with our stay as it did not meet the basic cleaning and hygiene standards of Airbnb. Upon check-in, there were multiple issues with the apartment. There was water leaking from under the kitchen sink, the dishes and utensils were very dirty, and the dish sponge provided was filthy and torn up. The garbage can lid had stains all over it, the coffee machine was clearly not cleaned, and there was no hand soap in the apartment. The entire upper floor, including the bathroom, did not have a garbage can. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed and the entire place was dusty. When we called to address these problems the host was able to send someone from the cleaning team, but even after this, half the issues were not resolved. The cleaning team told us that the sink was not
DO NOT RECOMMEND! This by far was the worst place I've ever lived in. First, the walls are paper-thin which makes the units completely unbearable. I could hear my neighbors close a microwave door or talk on their cellphones. The "lofts" are stacked on top of each other so you can hear your neighbors on all ends of your house. The washer and dryers are constantly broken. The common lounge is either trashed or nothing works so there's no use in utilizing that space. Parking is egregious (100 a month) and they barely shovel it in the winter. Expect to use your car at least 2-3 days after a snow storm. The mail system is completely unorganized so UPS will leave your packages outside on the main street. The property management group is fully aware that packages are constantly stolen and have do
Two years here — I do NOT recommend this property. Moved in to active rodent problems; maintenance’s only solution was one sticky trap. HVAC system requires majority tenant activation and certain outside temps to work—on hot days, no AC unless enough neighbors turn theirs on. Largest units have high power bills because HVAC must run on highest setting just to cool or heat. Communication is poor — I’ve gone days without heat or AC, then told they already knew after I complained. No proactive updates. FOB keys fail regularly; building security is unreliable. Mailroom is disorganized chaos. Paying $100/month for parking is pointless; street parking is free and just as accessible for people to break in. Thin walls mean you hear neighbors’ conversations and they can hear yours. The only
I really can't give this place more than 3 stars review and here is why... The whole move in process and procedure went through very smoothly because of the people who's working there are very nice and helpful. However, when I moved in for 3 weeks, there's a lot of problem with the room itself, not functioning dryer, no blind folds and loud noise coming from the AC. The maintenance team respond to the situation very fast (really appreciate that), but I really hope that they check the room first before letting someone rent out the room next time. Overall, I will give this place a 3-3.5/5 stars. Not a bad place to live overall.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for a year and a half now. The staff are wonderful, and they do a great job keeping common areas/halls clean! Maintenance is also prompt, and they always address our concerns. Relatively affordable. Only real qualm is the parking out back but there's ample space for street parking.
