First and foremost, this is not a luxury living community. They use that as a selling point, but once you lock yourself into that lease, you learn quickly that it’s just words on a sign and nothing more! Don’t be fooled by the community's aesthetic appearance. These buildings are built cheaply! We lived on a lower unit, and all we could hear was constant loud walking, running, and jumping, not just from the unit above us but also from the adjacent units above. The walls are so thin that you can hear TVs blaring, people's conversations, and neighbors' toilets flushing, clear as day! If you are looking for a community to raise a family, then look further! The community is always clean and well cared for. The maintenance team is quick to respond, and the leasing staff are friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. It’s a quiet, welcoming place to come home to. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community in the Marlboro area!

I visited Hudson West complex recently and was really impressed! The property was clean, beautifully landscaped, and had a welcoming feel. I interacted with Michele who was super friendly and professional, the overall atmosphere seemed peaceful and well maintained, with a beautiful view. Definitely left a great impression.
