Hudson Valley Home Source is a terrible company that should be avoided at all costs. They are awful builders who ruined the home they built for me. The house they built is falling apart after only a few years, and they have refused to honor the warranty that was supposed to last for 10 years. They used cheap materials and cut corners in the construction of my home, which has led to numerous problems throughout the house. Not only are they untrustworthy builders, but they are also rude and disrespectful. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times to address the issues with my home, but they have been dismissive and unhelpful. Addendum: In response to the owner's remarks, all you need to know is that this company refused to give me any sense of the cost of the project while I was negotiating to buy land, making it impossible for me to know how much I could afford to spend on land. In addition, the owner's claims that my pulling a floorplan off the Internet somehow confused the process are ridiculous given that I was told that most of the work the company does is custom. His sales manager yelled at me when I said I needed some idea of the cost of the project before receiving the formal sales estimate -- which she said would take roughly two weeks to prepare -- in order to buy land, and I had to ask her to calm down. Bryan and his team deliver top notch quality in construction and professionalism. I have collaborated with them as a subcontractor on countless projects over the course of nearly a decade. The attention to detail, communication, expertise and consideration they pour into each and every project is unmatched. Had a great initial meeting and I was very excited to work with them. However, very poor communication and almost 4 months later I had to move on to use another company as I never heard back despite multiple calls and emails to be able to move forward.

Bryan and James were able to meet our needs and showed us the attention to detail that we came to expect. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering building a new home.
