I don’t usually leave long reviews, but Hudson Ridge deserves it. I’ve lived here for over three years, and it’s the first place that’s truly felt like home. Not just a roof over my head, but somewhere I feel settled. Safe. Comfortable. The kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to after a long day. The townhomes are modern and well-kept, and the neighborhood has a calm, quiet energy that’s hard to find. What really makes the difference, though, is the management. Brittany, the property manager, and her team are on top of everything. They respond almost immediately, follow through consistently, and genuinely care. That kind of attention is rare in rental communities—and it shows in how well everything is maintained. You’ll find a mix of homeowners and renters here, and e
Can't say enough bad things about this property. If you want to live in a place where managements solution to any given situation is make the residents lives worse, they will find a way to do that. They just rolled out this new "valet trash" basically, how far do you wanna walk to get rid of your trash. We've had constant bugs coming into our home because of poor building. Not just like here and there, no like massive bugs several times a day. Somehow we've had to spell out several times to management that we have/own cats even though we've sent countless documents over to them (several times) sharing that we have cats. They either lose a document or ask you to fill out a document they forgot to send you when you moved in. They don't even seem to know what all paperwork they need becaus
I rented in Hudson Ridge for a year. My particular area of the community was quiet, with friendly neighbors. The unit itself was in good condition when I rented, though the carpet was definitely on its last leg. The issue with this community is their management. I moved out 6/30 and gave my move-out notice in April. I heard NOTHING from the office regarding move out procedures. We did receive a move out checklist with the “move in” package; and I still had mine, but that’s wild to rely on people to keep that their entire lease term and provide nothing at the time of actual move out. I had to reach out to their office twice, a week before I was leaving, before I got a response. I then set up a final walk through appointment for 8am on Monday morning, 6/30. Brittany from the office didn’t
Visited today to look into renting a place. The workers were super professional, I had the pleasure speaking to Andrew Becker he answered all of our questions without being pushy. The facilities at this location are absolutely amazing they maintain them very well. The apartment I took a tour of was bran new and also looked really nice. I cannot wait to move here.
Zero stars wouldn’t be enough to express my complete disgust with Hudson ridge and the Burkentine property management. I moved into to one of there new build properties on Sunday June 3rd. I selected this property because it’s new and I’ll know it’ll be safe for us. First, let me say that what the other negative reviews are say about loud children, vandalism, and excessive dog poop on grass is very accurate. Despite these factors I still planned to make Hudson my home for the next few months. Let it be noted that from the moment I moved in that there were imperfections in this new build that were as simple as splotchy paint, improper corking around door panels, dirt on carpet(see photos below), and improper water pressure. Again I overlooked these things. Note-it would only be for 6 months
