A critical element in the role of a property manager is to enforce our HOA governing documents and to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You made no objections when the Board openly violated multiple Bylaws and State Laws at this meeting. Evidently, you did this to retain our HOA business and you did exactly what the Board president directed you to do. Shame on you!

When Hudson management took over our office condo management, they saved our association. Prompt replies to calls and emails. Always looking for ways to save money- LED lot lighting saved thousands a year! Proactive vs reactive. Great communication skills with handling difficult situations and people.
