Great place to be by the water, friendly neighborhood and people. Nice area for pets as well with a pet park on site. Has a gym and pool on site. Many units with their own washer and dryer. Easy access to many different places and within proximity of a great auto mechanic about a block up at Ammco. Highly recommend.

So many good things to say about this place that I don't even know where to start. My experience living here has been nothing but amazing. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly, attentive, responsive and pleasant. I know this is trickles down from leasing/management because this is the treatment I received from day one (prior to moving in) and continue to receive as a current resident. The complex has great amenities and everything is kept tidy/clean. The entire building always smells good. The building allows pets which is hard to find now a days. To me, Hudson Piers feels like I'm living in an all inclusive resort. Agostina, Sebastien and Perkins - thank you for all you do to ensure your residents are happy and well taken care of. It is very much appreciated!

After deciding to move back to NY and searching the city just couldn’t find what i was looking for. Saw Hudson Piers online and decided to take a look. Thank goodness I did!! The apts are beautiful… great layouts, upscale appliances, in unit W/D, plenty of closet space. Amenities are wonderful. Great views on the waterfront. Long distance moves are stressful to say the least .. Agostina the leasing mngr and Sebastien the property manager were so helpful getting me through the process. The front desk crew are fantastic too! Couldn’t be happier to be home!

Great place to live! Be sure to check out the dog park! It has a big open space and its sectioned off into two parts for medium to large dogs on the left and smaller dogs on the right.
