My wife and I had an excellent experience renting with Hubbub Properties. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Melissa Barvels was our main point of contact, and she truly went above and beyond for us as tenants. She was always responsive, kind, and proactive, which made a huge difference. Any maintenance or repairs that came up were handled quickly and thoroughly, and we never felt ignored or left waiting. Communication was clear, expectations were fair, and we always felt taken care of throughout our time renting the home. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we would absolutely recommend Hubbub Properties to anyone looking for a reliable, tenant-friendly property management company!

Absolutely amazing property management to go through! They are quick at responding to anything that needs to be done at your place and they work with you, in helping to get you qualified and into a rental! They truly care about the folks who rent with them and also the owners as well. Best place I have EVER rented thru! Would highly recommend!!

Awesome property management company, very easy to do business with. I was surprised how quick they were to fix things when issues arose, and their online portal makes it super easy to pay rent and request maintenance. These guys are awesome. Gonna miss them.

Me and my husband rented one of their little houses downtown. They were always quick to take care of issues with the house and property and the office ladies were always so genuine and kind! We loved the space while we were there!

I have lived in my apartment for over 3 years, but have been a renter all my adult life. The ladies in the office have treated better than any other landlord. They are so kind, and quick to tackle any complaints I may have. I have purchased my own home and will miss Melissa and Renee so much. Thank you ladies! You’re the best!! 11/25/2025 Today was the day I vacated my Apartment. This was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. The girls in the office were so kind to me and ANYTHING I needed they were on top of it! Good bye girls!! :(
