I had an unexpectedly amazing experience leasing with HSI for my college apartment this past year. I have rented from many other agencies throughout my college career and HSI is by far the best one can find. They have a wide variety of beautiful properties to choose from, are prompt with communication, and are quick to address any concern or issue you come across during your leasing term. The best part is that they truly care about their tenants. This is hard to find from most landlords. We stayed at this property for a siblings Christmas weekend, and wow! It is a beautiful home, the scenery is gorgeous, and all of the amenities are perfect for any get together. I would highly recommend this rental if you are considering Tomahawk as a destination.

I have been very pleased with HSI as my landlord. In preparation for moving in completely, my parents and I brought a load in my Dad’s truck which led to me forgetting my house key on my lanyard that has my car’s keys at home. I realized I forgot my house key right when we got to Whitewater and gave Ben a call. He went out of his way to bring me a spare key and made the process go so smooth which is something I am very appreciative for. If you’re looking for a landlord that will go the extra mile for you, HSI is your choice here in Whitewater. 100%

Loved it! Right by the water and the boat dock so you can get out on the water quickly! All the amenities made you feel like you were at home. The boys had the finished basement to themselves so they could play games or walk right out to the dock to fish or have a bonfire. My favorite though, was watching the people trying to trailer their boats- I have never laughed so hard!!! I’m already looking to book another vacation there!

HSI rentals has some of the most helpful and attentive employees. I would 100% recommend their company, especially to college students. Such a great experience!
