Howe Association Management

If I could give negative stars I would. As other reviewers have stated, Jackie and John Howe are rude, unprofessional and a complete embarrassment to represent any homeowner community. No one should have to deal with them, you won't get anything resolved and they will gaslight you and make you the problem. If you see that they manage the area you are thinking about purchasing your home, RUN! Literally the worst business I have ever had to deal with.

My neighbours were awful! They were constantly bringing down the value in my association... THEY ARE PROB ONE OF THESE BAD REVIEWS that are complaining about not being understood when they get in trouble for not following the rules. I too received a violation, I called Jackie and she explained to me how I need to change my front lawn so that it is in compliance. It wasn't fun changing it but all in all she nicely explained how she was trying to improve the quality of the HOA. I appreciate that she cares; literally she genuinely cares! That's hard to find!

This is the worst HOA company you can ever work with. I wouldn't wish interaction with this company on my worst enemy. Jackie Howe - the owner and property manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with or had to correspond. The HOA costs for our home were steep and minimal was expected, yet Jackie has created an environment of dissatisfaction from the homeowners who have to deal with her. It is a very unfortunate situation to have this woman and her company representing the HOA for a community that is wonderful to live in. We love everything about the home community in Danville that we lived in with the exception of Jackie Howe and her HOA company. Whatever you do, do not work with her or employ her by any means.

Howe Association is by far the worst HOA management company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have no regard for the home owners or their property. Their landscaping company recently cut off half of my Loquat tree that is on my property WITHOUT any notification to me. It was not overgrown nor was it causing any issues. This is not the pruning season and cutting such big limes may allow fungi and other diseases to get in and kill the whole tree. When I contacted HOA office and spoke with John, he was courteous and apologized and told me that they should not have cut my tree since its on my property and was not causing an issue. I than called back with a request and spoke with Jakie (the owner) to ask that the landscaping company apply a sealant to the cut areas t

If I could give no stars I would!!! Howe Association Management is a HORRIBLE property management company. This company, and especially the Owner/President (?) deserves all the negative reviews that you have probably read on other sites including Google and Yelp. From my own experience with this property management company, they have been divisive, unprofessional, abusive, arrogant, and manipulative (to name a few). If you are unfortunate to live in a neighborhood managed by this company, I am sorry and good luck.
