The first 2 years were great! Then Briar Capital acquired the building at the end of 2024 and it is now under Stone Creek Management. They installed an AI system--Onyx, to deal with repairs, handle calls, etc.--the AI system is terrible. Any response to the reviews on here will be 100% AI generated. The AI generated text messages for work orders say issues are fixed when they aren't. You can't get anything fixed without directly walking into the office or calling the emergency maintenance #. Every rent transaction involves fees from online payment systems and they do not accept checks anymore. My AC unit broke in early May 2025 and I live on the top floor. It still has not worked more than a few days in a row and it is almost July. Last weekend was absolute hell on earth and I had

used to love it here. new company that bought it is slacking HARD. I get they might be trying to clean up the last company's mess but don't expect any basic routine maintenance such as an air filter, the main office is only reachable if they need you. Or they'll lock the door with the open sign up, wait for you to leave then flip the sign over to "be back". maintenance guy doesn't get back to you... once ya promise them your money they forget about you.

Since the new management has taken over recently, it's been WAY better living here. Maintenance has been working hard with upkeep. The property manager (Star) is wonderful to work with. Great location.

Mrs. Starr has been a blessing to the apartments! From her understanding, to her patience, she is demonstrably kind. Her ability to handle tough issues quickly has been a God-send to our neighborhood!

Landlord is the kindest woman, gave me a ride when my car broke down in the parking lot and always willing to speak to me about literally almost anything residence related or otherwise. The building itself is quiet and respectful, maintenence is always available and quick to help.
